| Shipping Information Stock We strive to keep all items in stock. In the event that we do not have enough stock to fill your order, we will contact you. Shipping Time In-stock orders will be shipped within 2 business days of receiving your order. If we are unable to ship within 2 business days we will contact you. Sales Tax Sales tax is assessed for Illinois residents and in-store purchases. Sales tax is NOT assessed on church orders or out-of-state shipments. Shipping Charges Shipping charges are 14% on orders with merchandise totals of $50.00 or less; 10% on orders with merchandise totals over $50.00; minimum shipping charge is $1.00. Orders shipped outside of the continental United States are subject to current postage rates. Shipping charges are not refundable. Shipping Methods We ship most orders via UPS Ground. U S Postal Service may occasionally be used. Returns Returns in new condition are accepted for any merchandise that you aren't completely satisfied with. Please return the merchandise to our office with a copy of the invoice or packing list, and your reason for return, and we will refund the purchase price. If you have a problem with merchandise that is no longer returnable (i.e. not in new condition), please contact our office and we will be glad to help you.
