Stock

We strive to keep all items in stock. In the event that we do not have enough stock to fill your order, we will contact you.

Shipping Time

We intend to ship in-stock orders within 2 business days of receiving your order. If you have special instructions, please contact us.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is assessed for Illinois residents, in-store purchases, and orders picked up. Sales tax is NOT assessed on Illinois tax-exempt organizations or out-of-state shipments. IL Tax exempt organizations will need to set up an account (see below).

Shipping Methods

Domestic orders now have multiple shipping options from which to chose during checkout.  International orders need to be placed by  phone at 309-965-2611 or by email to sales@acbookstore.org to make such arrangements. Shipping charges are not refundable.  Returns in new condition are accepted for any merchandise of which you are not completely satisfied. Please return the merchandise to our office with a copy of the invoice or packing list and your reason for return, and we will refund the purchase price.

If you have a problem with merchandise that is no longer returnable (i.e. not in new condition), please contact our office and we will be glad to help you. CDs are refundable only if they are still unopened.
